Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another customer in need of service.

Short Notice Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time reserved and any preparations made by our technicians.

No-Show Policy

If a customer is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show.” A no-show may result in a service fee being charged and may impact future appointment scheduling.
